    MONDAY 7.00-8.00pm 22nd Feb - 29th March (6 week term) Connect with this ancient Australian instrument under the direction of our highly experienced teacher Ian. HELD UPSTAIRS IN LOUNGE ROOM In this 6 week beginner course, you can learn the fundamentals of this fascinating piece of (termite hollowed) eucalyptus tree: the basic drone, the various animal calls, many special effects and sounds, and of course the all important ‘Circular Breathing’ technique. If you already play, we can work on improving your technique, your sharpness of sound, your array of rhythms and beats, and advanced breathing techniques. **Due to COVID, students will be required to either bring their own didgeridoo or check out one of ours to take home with them for a full term. Checking out a didge will require a deposit that will be fully refunded once the didgeridoo is returned at the end of term.** Individual class: $20 // $18 concession Full term: $145 // $110 concession

    This is an ALL IN class for every skill level and drumming interest. Taikos, djembe, doun douns, log drums. Pick one to stick with for the entire term, or swap around for an extra challenge. Bring your own drum or use one of ours!** Limited spaces available. Book now to guarantee your spot.     Ethereal Misfits presents: ZEN DEN SESSIONS

    The Zen Den sessions are a radical, mystical and totally chill weekly event held at the Rhythm Huts cosy and vibrant event space.
    Josh and Lilly of Ethereal Misfits will guide us through some Presencing Meditation and gentle Yin Yoga to access our inner spacious realities and drop into our bodies as well as discuss a range of philosophical ideas.
    This is also a great space for meeting other people in the community in a relaxed and open environment with interests in these topics and practises.
    Bring a journal so we can make notes of things we learn , things we want to follow up on and self reflections.
