HOPE = Hold On Pain Ends

Self expression is a powerful, liberating experience so why not try Open Mic in a friendly, supportive environment.

If you are working through or have worked through mental health issues and open to sharing your unique recovery tools in a safe and respectful way, then please consider pre-registering for this special event.

Each performer has a set time of ten minutes, inclusive of sharing their story of hope & recovery (or not sharing their story. It’s ok either way).
