Below is all the information you need about our yoga classes and workshops, sharing the experience, knowledge and inspiration for your yoga practice…


Adults Classes: Wednesday & Friday, 7:00-8:20am
Thursday, 5:00-6:00pm
Saturday, 12:00-1:30pm
Kids Classes: Thursday, 10am

To ensure yoga is within reach of all in our community, Tatiana kindly teaches yoga by donation.


ADULTS (1 hour 20 min)

Classes are open for all levels (from beginners to experienced practitioners), all ages and all fitness-levels. All practices are based on an Integral system of yoga that synthesizes six branches of classical Yoga philosophy and practice: Hatha, Raja, Bhakti, Karma, Jnana, and Japa Yoga. Each class incorporates theory & practice of asana (physical exercises), pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation and relaxation. Practices are focused on inducing physical, mental and emotional balance, improving general health and well-being. The structure of the course is oriented on developing a foundation and skills for your personal practice, learning basic “take-home” tools that you can use in daily life for relaxation, concentration and addressing your personal health needs. Classes are focused on gentle physical practices, meditation and mindfulness rather than on strong fitness exercises.

KIDS (6-10 yo) + PARENTS (40min)

Kids yoga 1

Yoga classes for both children and parents. You and your children can expect lots of fun throughout the class, along with calming breathing techniques, and quiet time relaxation at the end of the class. Classes are held in a relaxed and fun environment where every child is free to express their own individual self however they choose. Classes are focused on introducing kids basic yoga, meditation and relaxation techniques, developing mindfulness and a strong parent-child connection through practicing yoga together.


Yoga3Tatiana has been practicing and studying yoga for 17 years and has about 10 years of teaching experience in Russia, India and Australia, working with students of all ages and health abilities. Tatiana has been studying classical Indian yoga within Siddha and Bihar (Satyananda) yoga traditions and Integral Yoga (2-years Integral Yoga Teacher Training in Indian Embassy, Moscow; finishing 2,5 years Yoga Teacher Training Diploma Course in Academy of Yogic Science, Mangrove). She regularly visits India as a yoga aspirant to deepen her knowledge and experience, and absorb wisdom and inspiration from her teachers. About 2,5 years of her life Tatiana lived in yogic ashrams, both in India and Australia. Tatiana is a passionate practitioner and a gentle teacher. She founds a great joy in sharing her knowledge and experience of yoga with others, and integrating yogic wisdom and tools into a daily life. This group is open to all friends, yoga and meditation enthusiasts.
