Taiko Fitness

A typical taiko fitness class will leave you absolutely exhilarated!

Taiko drumming can be an extremely physical activity involving intense aerobic arm work and strong lower body exercises.

Continuously hitting a taiko drum at a fast pace with strict form will challenge even the fittest of people.

Warm up, stretching, general fitness and strength exercises are part of the Taiko Fitness class.

As this is not a technique class you do not need experience to join.

Taiko Fitness is also the perfect training adjunct to any of the other taiko classes.
