Yoga Nidra, also known as “yogic sleep,” is a deep and powerful relaxation meditation that benefits all levels of your being. It enables your body, mind and emotions to completely and consciously relax bringing you to a place of peace and tranquility. It promotes good health and positively transforms your thoughts and emotions over time.

The session will be an hour in length and will include breathing techniques to help your body and mind prepare for the Yoga Nidra.
Suitable for all levels; beginners, intermediate and advanced.
Yoga Nidra is not a practice based on postures; each session will primarily be spent in stillness. Athletic clothing is not required. Come dressed comfortably with a mat, blanket, and pillow.
